Directed by Deborah Block, this production of “Red Speedo” features actors Keith Conallen, Leonard C. Haas, Jaylene Clark Owens and Brian Ratcliffe. This spare, pool-side drama tells the story of a discovery of a cooler full of performance-enhancing drugs, which sends Olympic hopeful Ray and those who circle around him into murky waters. This taut darkly comic, new play explores the battle between building a family and the business of winning at any cost.
The show will be performed at Theatre Exile’s Studio X at 13th and Reed. You can find more information and buy tickets on their website here. Just a heads up, some shows are already sold out.
Also, keep an eye out for the release of the trailer on Theatre Exile’s YouTube channel.
Good luck!
