According to a permit filed with the city, a moving and storage facility, registered to a known developer of public storage spaces and RV parks, could soon be coming to this space.

After the Dubin Paper Company closed down in 2012 after more than 100 years as a company, many of those years occupying this warehouse space, the 240,000 Sq. Ft. of space was left vacant.

The new permit for the property is registered to Gary Ott who seems to have a bit of experience with storage facilities as the owner of Philly Self Storage. According to this 2008 article from The Inquirer, Ott also seems to be quite a car enthusiast.

We’ll keep you updated as we learn more about the plans for this facility.
