A new takeout restaurant could be coming to 700 Moore St.
A permit has appeared on the former location of Good Fortune Restaurant at 7th & Moore.
The location has been vacant for some time now, but has now been approved for a takeout restaurant with seating on the first floor.
We don’t know much about the new restaurant, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated as we learn more about what is coming to this location.

Any idea what’s going on with The Pizza Place at 7th and Morris?
Whats different with the Pizza Place? Havent been around there in a minute…
Unfortunately, they closed up shop about 3 or 4 months back.
They appeared before EPX’s zoning committee on October 22nd. I don’t have my notes in front of me, but it was a Mexcian takeout restaurant with approximately six tables for eat-in dining and the plan was to be open from 7AM to 9PM.
I cant wait till the EPX committee all move back to the suburbs
