HOME joining forces with Occasionette at 1825 E. Passyunk Ave.
Two E. Passyunk Ave. shops, HOME and Occasionette, are coming together for a collaborative storefront at 1825 E. Passyunk Ave.
HOME is moving out of its storefront at 1815 E. Passyunk Ave. and into Occasionette’s location.
Occasionette is a gift shop and HOME is a home furnishings boutique. The back of Occasionatte’s space will now become HOME’s studio and boutique space.

The move will allow the businesses to jointly host events and workshops, as well as collaborate on creative projects. The relocation gives HOME a slightly bigger showroom space, and makes better use of the space behind Occasionette, which was previously used for storage, packing and shipping. Occasionette will be doing some light remodeling to accommodate for its new roommate and to open the shop up to the space in the back.It’s an exciting new chapter for Occasionette and HOME, as shoppers will now walk in to 1825 East Passyunk to find over 1500 square feet of furnishings, decor, gifts, cards, candles and more all in one location. HOME will be open in its new location by mid-March. A schedule of events, including workshops and a celebration in April, will be announced soon.
The merging of these two shops means that yet another storefront will be up for grabs now that HOME is moving out of their current location.
