Italian National Day festival this Sunday on East Passyunk Avenue

Looking for something fun to do this weekend? La Festa Della Republica, or the Italian National Day festival, is hitting the streets of East Passyunk Avenue on Sunday, June 7.

East Passyunk Avenue from Broad to Moore will be filled with plenty of fun festivities from 11 a.m. through 7 p.m. on Sunday.

This event will have plenty of food and drink from local business, live music, a spaghetti eating contest and more.

Some of the food vendors include places like Termini Brothers, Palladino’s, Philly Farm Truck, Noir and more.

If you’d like to test your spaghetti-eating abilities, there will be a spaghetti eating contest happening at 3 p.m.

You’ll also have a chance to win a Fiat if you pay $100 for a raffle ticket–but hey, that’s not too bad of a payoff if you actually win.
