First Pics: Sit and Spin open in new West Passyunk location

At the beginning of September, Sit and Spin Records relocated from their old location at 9th and Reed to a new, bigger spot in West Passyunk.

This new store, located at 2243 S. Lambert St., is adding to the growing list of businesses coming to the West Passyunk area.

If you’ve ever stopped in Sit and Spin before, you can expect a lot of the same sort of things. There are plenty of LPs, 7″s, CDs and other merchandise for you to scavenge through in this new location. They also still buy records if you’re looking to get rid of some of your collection.

Pins, t-shirts, stickers and more are among the items being sold here to support the music scene in Philadelphia and beyond.

Sit and Spin also has some artworks displayed on the walls that are for sale from local artists.

Sit and Spin is open from Monday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. You can keep up to date with Sit and Spin on their Facebook page.
