“Popehibited Items” art installation outside of P.O.P.E. on East Passyunk Avenue

If you were out in South Philly this weekend, you might have spotted this art installation mocking the list of prohibited items for the papal visit events.

Street artist Kid Hazo, who you might recognize from the Queen of Jeans art installation, is back on East Passyunk Avenue again, but this time with a “Pobehibited Items” list outside of P.O.P.E.

The list of items includes things like fruit roll-ups, Guy Fieri hair, quinoa, yo momma jokes, Trump supporters and more.

Many of you have noticed the signs containing a laundry list of items prohibited in the Philly Pope Zone – but it wasn’t quite good enough so @mikeyil, @adamteterus and I made an ABC’s list of what else is Strictly #Popehibited. ⚠️™ Tomorrow get ready to have a street art hunt with @hahaxparadigm to win a special item and copy of this print…stay tuned.
