    Hey people, just rid yourselves of the burden of a car. I have not kept a car for over 15 years and feel very relieved of the burden and expense & having to deal w/ mechanics who b.s. women because they think we are stupid. I say, everyone get off your ass and walk, use public transportation. After all, Philly is a “walker’s paradise.”

    This is one of the nicest houses featured here. I especially like the kitchen. But $400,000 seems rather steep for that neighborhood.
