Big winter storm coming, PPD reminds of #nosavesies with “Hotline Bling” parody video

With forecasts predicting upwards of 10 inches of snow for the city later this week, it’s time to deal with the yearly struggle of shoveling out parking spots and people placing everything from traffic cones to vacuums outside to save their cleared out spaces.

In typical Philadelphia Police Department fashion, they’ve released a parody video of Drake’s “Hotline Bling” for their #nosavesies campaign.

Last year we shared with you this video of “Sammy’s Space Savers,” showing what you’re not supposed to do to save your parking spots. The PPD has released a variety of memes like “Game of Cones” in the past.

As you can see from the image, Drake is throwing around traffic cones. Though 1-800-no-savesies may sound cooler, the PPD encourages you to call 911 to report neighbors saving parking spots. Check out the full video here.
