Improvements made to long-standing Claudio Specialty Foods shop in Italian Market

For more than 60 years, Claudio Specialty Foods has been servicing the Italian Market from 924 S. 9th St. with their selection of meats, cheeses and more.

This month the shop unveiled some renovations, keeping the old school charm of the long-standing business, all while improving the appearance and function of the store.

At the end of January, Claudio closed for a few days to make the necessary changes.

As you can see, there are new refrigerated cases for the foods, improved work space behind the counter, a fresh coat of paint and more. These improvements are bringing functional upgrades while keeping some of the original details and charm of the shop.
