Yet another mixed-use development could be coming to Washington Avenue
Last week developers presented plans at a South of South Neighborhood Association meeting to share information about a new mixed-use development that could be coming to 25th and Washington.
The plans include 6-stories, 79 apartments and 10,000 sq. ft. of retail on the first floor. Other mixed-use developments are also being planned nearby, with Frankford Chocolate Factory site under new ownership, along with another project at 24th and Washington that has received approval from the ZBA.

More from Naked Philly:
Their presentation was very preliminary, but we do have some details. Their current plan includes a 6-story building at the corner of 25th & Washington which would include 79 apartments and 10K sqft of retail on the first floor. Also, they want to build a 5-story building with seventeen apartments on the other side of the parcel, fronting Grays Ferry Avenue. In between these buildings they’re looking to build 17 townhomes, each with garage parking.
