SoPhilly Spotlight: Eclectic decor Point Breeze home edition

This week’s SoPhilly Spotligh is a home currently on the market for $180,000 at 1552 S. Capitol St. in Point Breeze.

The current decor of this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath and 914 sq. ft. home makes it feel like an eclectic artist space. The house itself is generally light and airy, with a white-painted brick wall, making it a blank slate for the next owners to decorate.

More from the Keller Williams listing:

Come and take a look at this beautifully maintained 2 bedroom home in the heart of Point Breeze. This house was renovated 5 years ago and shows no signs of aging!

Step into the bright and open first floor with painted exposed brick wall and open floorplan.

The gorgeous hardwood floors lead you through the main floor with open living room and half bath into the kitchen area. The open eat in kitchen offers plenty of space for an island and features access to the private rear patio area.

The staircase with glass banister lends to the light filled and airy feeling of the house and leads you down into the basement which features laundry and a newer HVAC system and water heater.

As you head upstairs the sunlight continues to flow into the full bath and two large bedrooms.

The skylights add to the open feeling and let in beautiful natural light. This is a gorgeous home that is ready for an investor or first time home buyer to move right in. Don’t miss out on an amazing opportunity to purchase in this hot neighborhood!

It’s probably a nice house. I just couldn’t see it under the laundry and piles of stuff everywhere. Nice gold statue though.
