Fleisher Art Memorial hosting annual ARTspiration event this weekend

Are you looking for some crafty activities for the weekend?

Fleisher Art Memorial is hosting their annual ARTspiration event on Saturday, June 11.

The 700 block of Catharine Street will be transformed into an art space that will “showcase the rich cultural resources of Southeast Philadelphia.” This family-friendly event will include arts workshops, craft vendors and plenty of musical and dance performances. There will also be five food trucks at the event, including Lil Pop Shop and Jules Thin Crust.

Since the park next door to the center is currently undergoing renovations, the event will be happening in front of Fleisher’s building on the 700 block of Catharine Street.

The festival will be running from 10 a.m. through 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 11. You can find out more about the vendors and activities happening during ARTspiration here.
