    Beautiful home and well maintained, but I work nearby and I can tell you the 1400 block of Dickinson is problematic at night, starting with the bodega at the corner of 15th.

      Uh.. yeah, like billC stated… be careful hanging out on the roof deck, you may catch a stray.
