Chef Christopher Kearse will open a new restaurant in the former Capofitto space in Old City.

East Passyunk Avenue restaurants have been in the news two days in a row this week. Yesterday we learned Chhaya Cafe has a new owner. Today, Michael Klein reports that Will BYOB will close in June. Owner Christopher Kearse will open a new French restaurant, Forsythia, in Old City.
