Antique and vintage market, sidewalk sale at June 13 Second Saturday event

Looking for something to do this weekend? June’s Second Saturday on East Passyunk Avenue is here on June 13.

This month there will be a lot of shopping opportunities with an antique and vintage market, sidewalk sale from local businesses and more.

The antique and vintage market, which kicks off a 8 a.m. on Saturday and goes until 4 p.m., will have more than 50 vendors selling various items ranging from clothing and accessories to furniture. The flea market will take place in the parking lot between Tasker and Morris Streets on East Passyunk Avenue.

If you’re planning on coming early, or staying for lunch, there will also be food vendors stationed at the location so you can grab some food and continue shopping.

After hitting the antique and vintage market earlier in the day, starting at 11 a.m. you can then check out the various businesses with sidewalk sales along the Avenue. Some shops will be offering discounts, while others may have music, refreshments, art openings and more for Second Saturday.

Participating businesses in the sidewalk sale or other Second Saturday events include Bianca Simone, Boutique W, Capos Coins, Carolyn Verdi Boutique, Chhaya, CLOTH, Fringe Salon, Mesh Vintage, MIA Philadelphia, N.R.S. Boutique, Occassionette, Palo Santo Wellness Boutique, Pollyodd, South Philly Comics and Urban Jungle.

The sidewalk sale runs until 4 p.m., but some Second Saturday events will continue until 10 p.m.
