New health and wellness studio opening at 1903 S. Broad St.
UPDATE: This studio’s opening party has been scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 12 at 6 p.m.
A new health and wellness studio called hydropose studio will be opening in early September at 1903 S. Broad St.
This studio will have a variety of fitness classes, along with other services, including hydroponically-grown produce grown on-site.
Classes at the center will include various dance and cardio classes, along with yoga and pilates. One of the featured classes at the studio will be “Sweat the Sabbath,” which is a dance session that will happen every Sunday morning.
Beyond the standard classes offered at a fitness studio, hydropose will be offering other services with in-house herbalists, herbal products, produce grown hydroponically on-site, pick-your-own living walls, health and beauty products and more. The main attraction is the hydroponics system, which uses mineral nutrient solution and a watering system to allow for produce and plants to be grown indoors at the studio year-round.
Hydropose has a few different options for membership if you’re interested in trying the space out. You can buy monthly or yearly membership packages, along with single classes or 5 or 10 class packs.
Memberships to hydropose include the selection of fitness classes and discounted products, including on the produce grown on-location.
In the fall, hydropose is also planning on opening a green roof terrace.
Hydropose will be opening on September 10. There’s also an open house for neighbors to check out the space on Saturday, September 12 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can find out more info about the space here.
