    Um … maybe I’m missing something, but isn’t the refrigerator completely blocking access to the basement? I don’t see another door under the stairs! Otherwise this place is really cute. Love the glass block!

      That’s a good point … I guess the purchaser would have to get a shallower fridge, which is a bummer. Still, it is a charming home and the colors are sweet. And with only two bedrooms, you wouldn’t need such a large fridge, perhaps?

      Hi there! Thanks for the good question about my listing. The angle from which the photo is taken makes it seem that the basement door is blocked but it’s not! You can absolutely access the basement.

      You can open the basement door and fridge. There is a space between the door and refrigerator that you can see in the picture.

    Yikes, $214,900? $212,600 I can understand, but $214,900 is ridiculous.
