Development of 9 single-family homes moving forward next to beer distributor
Last year we told you about plans being presented for nine single-family homes to be built on a vacant lot next to a beer distributor in East Passyunk Crossing.
The plans for this lot at 617-21 Moore St. called for four homes on Moore and five more on Pierce. According to Naked Philly, this project is now moving forward.
From Naked Philly:
At the end of last year, developers presented plans to the ZBA for nine homes on this property, with four homes and a drive-aisle entrance on Moore Street and five more homes on Pierce Street. The design is pretty straightforward, though we’d bet that the homes splitting the drive-aisle are going to lay out suboptimally.
The previous proposal to the East Passyunk Crossing Civic Association in October included third floor balconies on the homes, an internal parking lot with a curb cut on Moore Street and one home with a parking garage on Pierce Street.
