Community meeting next week to discuss proposed mixed-use development for Pennsport Freda Meats site
Next week a big development project will be presented at a Pennsport Civic Association meeting.
A proposal for a mixed-use project with townhouses, apartments and retail for the Freda Meats site at 1334 Front St. will be shown to the community.
As of right now, we know that the proposed development includes 4 townhouses, 48 apartments and 30,000 sq. ft. of commercial space at the northern-side of the location.
The Pennsport Civic Association meeting to discuss the project will be held on Tuesday, December 20 at the EOM building at 138 Moore St. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.
According to email from Pennsport Civic Assn, it will also include onsite parking. Will be huge improvement to that area.
It’s across from 95, there’s already unlimited free parking.
