Passyunk and Mifflin triangle project near completion

In April we told you about the Passyunk Avenue Revitalization Corporation’s plans to rebuild the triangle at Passyunk and Mifflin Streets. The pedestrian triangle now includes bench seating and outdoor chess tables, creating more community space in the area.

Sale of the Bok School finalized, redevelopment project moving forward

Plans to transform the former Bok technical school at 1901 S. 9th St. into a huge mixed-use facility are continuing to move forward.  The project’s developer, Lindsey Scannapieco and her company, Scout Ltd., now officially own the property for $1.75 million.
