Nice house with a good sized back yard. According to the listing there are 8 rooms. The realtor must be including the bath and basement in their count.
“In lay Hardwood floors”, “Reset Lighting”, and “Full Appliances”…If you’re going to write about real estate you should not print terrible realtor bs and/or learn the correct terminology yourself. Parquet flooring and recessed lighting are the words you should use. “full appliances” means nothing. In fact, maybe its a good idea to never print the realtor/broker description of properties as they’re often filled with innumerable errors or just stupid words. I’m surprised this listing didn’t also include the word masonary…
