Check out these South Philly National Night Out events

We recently told you about the National Night Out event happening at Julian Abele Park. Since not everyone will be making their way to Graduate Hospital for that event, here are a few other opportunities to learn about neighborhood safety.

These other events, happening in Passyunk Square and Bella Vista, will also inform you of what can be done to improve safety in your area, in addition to some fun events for the family.

Do you want to learn about installing a security camera on your property? How about how to get involved with neighborhood watch patrols? Now’s your chance to find out by asking local police officers and community groups for more information.

Passyunk Square Civic Association will be hosting a neighborhood walk to distribute information to neighbors. In Bella Vista, different neighborhood groups and the police will be on hand to take questions. There will also be events and entertainment for the kids, along with plenty of food options along 9th Street.
