Check out a flea market on the roof of Whole Foods
If you’re going to do yoga on the roof of an old school, why not have a flea market on the roof of a supermarket too?
Whole Flea, a flea market with local artisans and vendors, will be happening on August 29 on the roof of the Whole Foods on South Street.
The event will include more than 35 vendors, selling everything from jewelry, clothing and other home goods to gourmet coffee and nut butters.
In addition to shopping, there will also be live music and arts and crafts for the kids.
Proceeds from the event go to Whole Kids Foundation, which is a nonprofit that educates children about healthy eating with the installation of gardens and salad bars at schools.
If you’re interested in stopping by, the flea market runs from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, August 29. The event is being held rain or shine. You can check out a full list of vendors for the event here.
