Something called Marval Treats could be coming to triangle-shaped Grays Ferry Avenue lot

Naked Philly spotted some signs go up on a triangle-shaped lot along Grays Ferry Avenue at 2717 Annin St.

The sign posted on the fencing is for something called Marval Treats, which will have “water ice, pretzels, and other good treats.”

It’s unclear as to whether the owners of this Marval Treats will be building on this property, or possibly just operating something along the lines of a food truck here. Either way, it looks like this overgrown, fenced-in lot could be seeing some transformation.
