Bagel shop coming in September to Graduate Hospital

In recent years, the corner of 20th and Fitzwater has been the home to some short-lived coffee shops. Once the Beauty Shop Cafe closed after years in this location, coffee shops including the Gold Standard and The Little Cafe lasted short spans of time here.

Now a bagel shop is opening a business on this corner, in hopes of lasting longer than these previous businesses.

The shop will be operated by Aaron Wagner, who owns two other bagel shops in the city, the Chestnut Street Philly Bagels and the South Street Bagels. According to the Insider, this new shop will of course serve bagels, along with sandwiches and cold-brew coffee. Just like the previous cafes in this location, there will be both indoor and outdoor seating.
