PARC has begun work on the new home of Palladino, the upscale steakhouse moving into the fire-damaged former home of Colombo’s at 1934 E. Passyunk Ave.
As we reported last month, owner Luke Palladino plans 80 seats inside and another 40 outside, plus a bold neon sign outside. There will be a full bar with liquor license, craft cocktail list and a wine list.
