Plenty plans Queen Village location, puts on developer hat for 8-unit apartment building
The owners of Plenty (1710 E. Passyunk Ave.) are planning to open their third location in Queen Village in a building that they also plan to convert into apartments.
Co-owning brothers Anthony and Damon Mascieri plan to renovate 705-707 S. 5th St., which currently houses Fleishman Fabrics, into an eight-unit apartment building with their newest cafe on the ground floor, they announced yesterday.
The residential project is to be called Fabric Lofts, and they plan eight bilevel apartments with 13-foot ceilings and a green roof deck.
The new location is to planned to be about 1,500 square feet, the biggest of the three, with outside seating on both sidewalks. They recently opened their second location near Rittenhouse Square, which we broke the news about way back in September 2012.
To keep up with the progress and take a look at their menus, which will be similar in the new location, check out their website here.
