On the plus side, 95 makes for an incredible garage under a snow storm. Also, that area of the bridge is actually that bad, compared to the area around Morris St/Wawa. It leads right to shopping area.
Not too shabby. I’m not sold on that far south corner of pennsport. Really far from walking to a lot of places. Convenient to Target et al. though.
Also not a huge fan of the lack of curb appeal as an earlier commenter pointed out.
And finally, whats the deal with people jamming overstuffed Raymour and Flannigan furniture into rowhouses. It makes the space look super small. Fine if thats what you like, but not a great way to stage a house.
It’s a nice home, those floors are gorgeous. But the kitchen and the back yard are small. While it’s wonderful to have central AC the units take up a lot of space in those postage stamp yards.
Lee, I said something similar to a friend about so many small South Phila rows having huge sectional sofas.

totally agree. I feel like there are smaller, more streamlined sectionals out there…..but I’ve never understood the overstuffed furniture in small houses and apartments.
Beautiful home. Love the awnings and the high end finishes I know the area and there is plenty of parking. No driving around and around looking for parking. It’s also close to a lot of stores. Constance mentioned large A/C unit but I didn’t see that in the pics? And I don’t know about you but I can’t stand those window units hanging out of the windows and dripping water down the house.
I saw this home today great house it has everything quiet block lots of parking access to everything you can park anywhere and walk to everything you need public transportation right on the corner and what other older home fully updated has two full bathrooms
MJ, the listing states there’s central air. If the unit isn’t in the basement it must be in the back yard. In the one photo of the yard there seems to be a large object on the left, near the door. I’m guessing that’s the AC unit.
I agree that the sectional is too chunky. One thing I am wary of is taking up all of the basement storage area for a tv lounge. I need at least half of the basement for storage, not to mention laundry. On the other hand, the extra lounge space is nice. I couldn’t do it though, I need storage.

Wow… You like parking..? Parking is important? Parking adds value here..? I think they should just have a gigantic dog park underneath I-95… LoL…
