    Those cutaway stairs are pretty boss. Haven’t seen a configuration like that before.

    I’d rather have the 3rd bedroom than a second full bath. And they probably shoulda painted before going on the market.

      I don’t know that this house ever would have had a 3rd bedroom at only 750 square feet. Most of the houses on that block that are the same size seem to all be 2 bedrooms.
