Spotted: Trump posters by street artist Hanksy at former Triangle Park

If you’re wandering around the former Triangle Park space at 601 Christian St., you might catch a glimpse of one of these Donald Trump posters, created by street artist Hanksy.

As you’ve probably heard by now, the Republican presidential candidate made some pretty ignorant statements about Mexican immigrants, so seeing Trump illustrated with a “Viva Mexico” sombrero is pretty fun.

As you can see, the poster includes a Mexican flag, tacos, margaritas and a piñata. To put a spin on Trump’s popular phrase, “you’re fired,” the text in the dialogue bubble translates to “you’re hired.”

In addition to the Trump posters, we also spotted these barrels of non-hazardous waste that have been sitting on this lot since May.
