What do you think of this LoMo home?
For the record, the wall is not exactly teal. It’s a much darker green. It’s also only paint so it can easily be painted over if you don’t like the color.
Looks like a deathtrap to me. Those stairs are scary. Whoever buys this LITERALLY has a death wish.
I agree. I don’t understand why the stair railing has been removed. It seems like the last few houses featured have had that “feature”.
I do love the laundry room on the first floor. While not a “mud room” (who enters a South Philly house through the back door?) I can see that space as a pantry.
Oops. Not the last few houses. But in the last 6 months there have been 3 or more houses featured missing a railing on the open side of the staircase.
“easy parking” hahahaha
decent house. decent asking price. laundry room off kitchen. someone should snatch it up.
When we rehabbed and pulled down the hideous railing, it made our living room feel much bigger. We ultimately replaced it, but I was tempted not too. With a railing on one side it could be argued that it’s not really unsafe, at least for adults…
I know that block and it is really nice
