    300k of SF for only 800k! What a steal.

    That is a gorgeous home. I wonder why the half bath(s) weren’t included in the bath total.

    “Four massive bedroom suits”? Are they two or three piece? “These spaces are currently used and an office and additional living area”. If you’re selling a house for close to $900,000. have the sense to have someone proof read your description.
